CLEAR UP ANY DOUBTS ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Absolutely not. I work with all types of athletes: beginners, intermediates, and advanced. If you’re just starting, the plan focuses on building a solid foundation, adjusting the volume and intensity to best suit you and your circumstances. If you already have experience, we focus on overcoming plateaus or perfecting complex movements without losing sight of the fundamentals.

Your plan is not a standard routine. It is custom-made, taking into account your progressions, availability, previous injuries, and equipment. Additionally, you have direct email support to resolve any questions or doubts throughout the process.

The coaching focuses on training and technical progression. However, if needed and on an informal basis, I can share basic sports nutrition recommendations with you. Please note that I do not create meal plans as part of the service, as I am not a nutritionist.

We are all human, and I strive to be as flexible as I can. As long as there is a justified situation that prevents physical activity for more than a week, I won’t count that time, and the plan can be extended beyond 6 weeks. The same applies to vacations, but only once a year; if you go away in August, I won’t count it, but if you go away again shortly after, I’ll have to count it as time within the plan.

It depends a lot on your profile. In the beginning, it isn’t strictly necessary to have any equipment. What equipment do I recommend? In order of importance and ease of acquisition: Resistance bands, ab wheel, pull-up bar, and parallettes. With these, you can train perfectly, but I insist, it is not 100% necessary.

The coaching includes a 100% personalized 4-week training plan perfectly aligned with your specific goals, level, and available equipment. It also includes 4 weeks of direct email support to guide you through the process and answer any questions about your routine or exercise execution.
