I’m a certified calisthenics trainer by the Spanish Calisthenics Federation (FESWC, backed by the IFBB). What’s Included in My Online Calisthenics Coaching

Calisthenics workout program prices

This online program includes a fully personalized 6-week training plan, tailored to your goals and updated based on your feedback. Your input is key — it helps us make adjustments along the way and keeps the plan aligned with your progress and needs.

We’ll schedule three calls in total:

  • The first one to assess your current level and build your initial plan.
  • Two follow-up sessions to review your progress and make any necessary changes — or even fully redesign your routine if needed.

Throughout the 6 weeks, you’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp to ask questions, send updates, or share training videos for feedback and technique review.

I’ll also share a sample version of the editable training template we’ll use during the program. It’s designed to be clear, concise, and practical. You’ll be able to leave comments, update it with your own notes and results, and track your progress as we go.

What you’ll see in the sample is just a demo — your actual training plan will be way more detailed and fully adapted to you.
