To keep things organized, I’ve grouped the exercises by muscle group. That said, this doesn’t mean you should train them in isolation — it’s just a way of classifying them.
Lastly, just a heads-up: you won’t find advanced skills here (like the muscle-up, back lever, front lever, etc.). Those moves require more in-depth explanation, and they have their own dedicated section.
